POLICY: Returns & Refunds – WALKOUT MMA

Thank you for choosing WALKOUT MMA for your football shirt collection! We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Below you will find our return and refund policy:


1. Requirements for Returns

We only accept returns if all the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be in its original condition, with no signs of use, stains, washing, or damage (including original tags and packaging).

  • The item must be returned within 14 calendar days after delivery.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

  • The product must have a manufacturing defect.

3. Non-Eligible Items for Return

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Discounted or sale items.

  • Customized or made-to-order items.

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email whether your return has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.


5. Compensation in Other Cases

  • If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery time (7–21 business days), you may receive a discount code for a future purchase or a partial refund in cases of excessive delay (+60 days).

  • If the customer ordered the wrong size, compensation will be limited to a discount code.

  • For any other inconvenience not included in this policy, please contact us and we will provide a suitable solution.


6. Order Deliveries & Uncollected Packages

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure availability for delivery or to collect the package from the designated pickup point.

If an order is returned to the sender due to non-collection or customs dispatch issues, WALKOUT MMA is not responsible.
A compensation may be offered if tracking information was not provided, or a reshipment can be arranged with the customer covering the new shipping costs (depending on product availability).


7. Customs Holds

WALKOUT MMA is not responsible for customs holds or issues caused by customs authorities in the destination country.

If an order is held, the customer will be informed and must provide any required documentation.
If customs destroy or return the package due to lack of collection or incomplete processing, WALKOUT MMA is not obliged to provide a refund, though alternative solutions may be offered if appropriate.
